Under the leadership of Rajesh Mehta, RIKON became the leader of innovation in new concept of designs & quality, Research and Development (R & D), productivity and package design. With technological infrastructure, providing clean, safe and friendly working environment, he also gave employee the utter satisfaction. From Cost management & Quality test of input raw materials from Domestic and International sources, to entire products of Rikon are all handled at various check-points during the production process till final packing by him.Deepak Mehta:
